Function
The RK-PPH5 is designed for high speed punching and stacking of plastic/paper playing cards from sheet printed material. Available for any commercial sheet format. Perfect mechanical performance and shear-type male & female die ensures high volume production, accurate die cutting, and high quality card edges.
Feature
1.Used High sensitive photoelectric sensor with imported ball-screw feed the material, and the positional parameter of each punching point is adjustable. High accuracy.
2. Used hydraulic cylinder as punching power,very stable.
3. Used advanced cards collecting system, collect the cards quickly after punching.
4. Controlled by PLC, has emergency stop.
